I am a faculty member in the Psychology Department and in the Neuroscience & Behavior Program. I also co-direct the Cognitive Development Laboratory at Wesleyan University (with Professor Anna Shusterman). Undergraduates, parents of young children, and preschool teachers or daycare center coordinators who would like to learn about getting involved in our research are encouraged to visit our new lab website.

Before coming to Wesleyan in 2005, I was a postdoctoral fellow at the Laboratory for Developmental Studies at Harvard University. I received a Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience from MIT in 2002, and an A.B. in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College.

I will be on leave for the Fall 2009 semester.
